Design and practice of Zhejiang Province flash flood warning platform

The Zhejiang Province flash flood warning platform focuses on three key issues of flash flood disasters: where they are prone to occur, where the risks are, and how to control them. By building a flash flood data warehouse that includes spatial basic data, flash flood disaster basic data, meteorological shared data, and monitoring data, and using data analysis services, warning analysis services, 2D and 3D map engines, distributed hydrological models, AI intelligent recognition and visualization models, and other algorithms, combined with sound, light, and electricity warning equipment, it creates a multi-stage progressive warning system for forecasting, monitoring, and on-site warning, as well as a warning call feedback closed-loop system, achieving the goal of "one level deployment, multi-level application".
