Drill and effectiveness of over standard flood prevention in Cao'e River of Zhejiang Province based on Digital Twin technology

In order to fully ensure the prevention of floods and droughts during the Hangzhou Asian Games, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Water Resources organized the 2023 Zhejiang Provincial Flood and Drought Disaster Prevention Exercise.The process of super standard flood prevention in Cao'e River basin mainly relied on the digital platform of"Cao'e River Digital Twin Basin" to simulate in order to verify the practical effectiveness of the digital platform, flood and drought disaster prevention plans, and the flood emergency coordination ability of water departments at the provincial, municipal, and county-level.Some achievements and experience in the construction of flood and drought disaster prevention matrix, integrated application of forecasting and scheduling, practical training for grassroots flood and drought disaster prevention personnel, and integrated application of modern water equipment technology have been achieved.And some opinions and suggestions were proposed.
