    数字孪生淮河流域智慧防洪体系研究与实践

    Research and application of digital twin intelligent flood prevention system in Huaihe River Basin

    • 摘要: 针对淮河流域防洪预报、预警、预演、预案“四预”试点工作,提出了数字孪生淮河流域智慧防洪试点建设方案,探索了数字孪生淮河流域智慧防洪“四预”新模式,研究了试点区域数字孪生底板、数字化场景、数字化流场和数字映射、基于高性能并行计算的水文水动力学实时模拟预报技术等,开发了淮河流域智慧防汛系统,在淮河正阳关以上流域,初步实现了流域防洪“预报预警实时化、预演实景化、预案实地化”,取得良好效果,为全国数字孪生流域智慧防洪业务应用体系建设提供思路框架和案例参考。

       

      Abstract: Basing on the pilot work of "forecasting-warning-previewing-planning "for flood control in the Huaihe River Basin, a pilot construction scheme and a new pattern of "forecasting-warning-previewing-planning" for intelligent flood control in the digital twin Huaihe River Basin were proposed. A series of technologies, including the digital twin data bottom plate, digital scene, digital flow field and digital mapping, real-time hydrodynamic simulation and forecasting technology based on high performance parallel computation, etc. were studied. Based on these technologies, the intelligent flood control system of Huaihe River Basin was developed. In the basin above Zhengyangguan of Huaihe River, the flood control of the basin has initially realizedthe"real-time forecasting and warning, digital scene realization of previewing performance, andfieldization of planning", which can provide a framework and case reference for the construction of intelligent flood control business application system of national digital twin basins.
