Abstract:
The rapid development of urbanization has changed the traditional land use pattern and had a great impact on the hydrological cycle, leading to frequent urban waterlogging. One of the effective measures for urban flood prevention and drainage is to give full play to the function of lake regulation and storage. The urban drainage and agricultural drainage are mixed in the peri-urban area, and the flood prevention and drainage dispatching of lakes is relatively single purpose, and the situation of drainage area is more complex.Taking Houhu Basin in Wuhan as an example, the characteristics of the mixed drainage at the urban-rural area are analyzed, the characteristic water level of the Houhu Lake is re-approved under different drainage standards, the routine scheduling chart of the Houhu Lake is drawn, and the benefits of the drainage dispatching of the Houhu Lake in reducing the maximum water level of floods and reducing the duration of waterlogging are predicted. This paper puts forward that in the mixed drainage of peri-urban area, it is necessary to further formulate dispatching regulations, strengthen the construction and management of lake drainage facilities, and bring the lake into the unified planning and dispatching of the regional overall flood prevention and drainage system, so as to make the lake play the maximum role of regulation and storage, so as to provide technical experience for the research of drainage standards and lake dispatching of urban-rural junction.
