    上海市非汛期临时防汛墙(堤)防御标准研究

    Research on protection standards of temporary flood-control wall during non-flood season in Shanghai

    • 摘要: 针对上海市现行非汛期临时防汛墙(堤)防御标准存在规定范围不全、年代久远等问题,从防御非汛期高水位要求、现行技术标准要求、经济合理性要求等方面,综合论证了黄浦江、苏州河非汛期临时防汛墙(堤)的防御标准。研究推荐非汛期黄浦江市区段临时防汛墙(堤)按200年一遇标准设防,黄浦江上游段及苏州河按50年一遇标准设防。

       

      Abstract: Taking into account of the imperfections of current regulations, protection standards of temporary flood-control wall at non-flood season in Huangpu River and Suzhou River are studied in this paper, including building grade and top high of temporary flood-control wall. It is suggested that design standard of temporary flood wall at non-flood season along Huangpu River and Suzhou River can set to be 50-year event to 200- year event.
