    Design of water resources connections for drought emergency management

    • 摘要: 通过对抗旱应急水源连通工程规模分析计算,提出了该类工程的设计思路和着眼点,并以新疆洛浦县阿其克河下游应急水源连通工程为例,分析该地区旱情和受旱作物及其面积分布,考虑“阿其克河水源—哈拉快力水库调节蓄水—灌区应急抗旱需水”3方面的联动需求,得出该类工程规模分析与计算各方面的关联性,使应急抗旱水源连通工程实施依据充分,从而掌握规模分析与计算的设计要领,为该类工程前期设计提供参考,同时提出解决灌区旱情的实际工程措施,最终合理确定连通工程的输水总量、输水能力和投资规模。

       

      Abstract: Taking drought emergency water resources connection project in lower reaches of Achek- River in Lopu County as an example, the project design and key points are discussed. The relevance of water resources among the river, the reservoir and irrigation area emergency drought water requirement are analyzed. Analysis and calculation methods for drought emergency water resources connection project are proposed. Meanwhile, the practical engineering measures are offered to relief the drought in irrigation area. In addition, feasible water amount, water conveyance capacity and investment scale for the connecting project are confirmed. This study provides reference value to relative projects.
