    基于山洪灾害调查成果的雨量预警指标分析方法

    Analysis method of rainfall warning indexes based on surveys of flash flood disasters

    • 摘要: 小流域洪水预警预报是山洪灾害防治非工程措施建设中的重要组成部分,山洪灾害成灾快,雨量、水位预警提前量不足,如何准确地对小流域进行洪水预报预警,一直是水文水利行业一个急需解决的问题。介绍一种基于山洪灾害调查成果的雨量预警指标1分析方法,该方法以山洪灾害调查成果为基础数据,由成灾水位反推流量,再由流量反推出降雨预警指标;并引入泰森多边形2法计算小流域面雨量,依据雨量预警指标和面雨量计算方法,生成山洪预警的临界雨量3-4信息。

       

      Abstract: The flash flood warning system in small basin is the most important non-structural measure for disaster prevention. Flash flood disasters occur rapidly, and it is hard to forecast rainfall and water level. To reduce the disaster damages, an urgent task is to develop an accurate flood forecasting system for small basins. This paper introduces a rainfall warning indexes analysis method based on survey results of flash flood disasters. The flow is calculated by water level, and a rainfall warning indicator is introduced by flow. The aerial precipitation in small basin is calculated using Thiessen Polygon method. With the aerial precipitation and the rainfall warning indexes, the threshold l rainfall index of flash flood early warning system is created accurately.
