    Emergency response for water shortage using dead storage in Baiguishan Reservoir of Henan, 2014

    • 摘要: 2014年,河南平顶山市遭遇了建市以来最严重的干旱,城区生产和生活用水出现紧张局面。平顶山市唯一地表饮用水水源地水库白龟山水库动用死库容向城区进行应急供水,大大缓解了城区供水紧张局面。通过对白龟山水库动用死库容应急供水时的工程安全复核,确定了取水限制水位和取水量,提出了实施应急供水时水库安全运行措施。

       

      Abstract: In 2014, Pingdingshan City experienced the most severe drought since the establish the city, the disaster caused emergence water shortage for both industry and drinking water. Baiguishan reservoir, as the only surface water resource in the urban area, supplied the dead storage to ease up the emergency water shortage situation.By reviewing the engineering safety of emergency response, the limited water level of reservoir and water quantity were determined, the corresponding operation measures for the safety of the reservoir were put forward.
