Abstract:
Anhui Province is an area prone to frequent floods and droughts, as well as a province where sudden changes in droughts and floods are common. The flood prevention and drought resistance mobile irrigation pump station has the characteristics of mobility, flexibility, efficiency and convenience, and plays an important role in the flood prevention and drought resistance work in Anhui Province. The traditional management mode of mobile irrigation and drainage pump stations is mostly equipment inventory management, which cannot meet the requirements of modern water conservancy in the new era. By analyzing the current status of mobile irrigation and drainage pump station management, this paper proposes the construction of basic architectures such as data baseboard, model platform, and 3D visualization engine, and creates a mobile irrigation and drainage pump station information platform with multiple functions such as digital twin scene monitoring and early warning, realtime scheduling, and safety management, in order to better serve flood control and drought resistance work.
