    安徽省防汛抗旱移动排灌泵站信息化平台建设实践

    Construction practice of information platform for mobile drainage and irrigation pump stations for flood control and drought relief in Anhui Province

    • 摘要: 安徽省是水旱灾害频发地区,也是旱涝急转现象常见的省份。防汛抗旱移动排灌泵站具有机动灵活、高效便捷的特点,在安徽省的防汛抗旱工作发挥着重要作用。传统的移动排灌泵站管理模式多为设备的库存管理,不能满足新时期水利现代化的要求。通过分析目前移动排灌泵站管理的现状,提出了构建数据底板、模型平台、三维可视化引擎等基础架构,创建具有数字孪生场景的移动排灌泵站信息化平台,实现监测预警、实时调度和安全管理等多种功能,以期更好地服务于防汛抗旱工作。

       

      Abstract: Anhui Province is an area prone to frequent floods and droughts, as well as a province where sudden changes in droughts and floods are common. The flood prevention and drought resistance mobile irrigation pump station has the characteristics of mobility, flexibility, efficiency and convenience, and plays an important role in the flood prevention and drought resistance work in Anhui Province. The traditional management mode of mobile irrigation and drainage pump stations is mostly equipment inventory management, which cannot meet the requirements of modern water conservancy in the new era. By analyzing the current status of mobile irrigation and drainage pump station management, this paper proposes the construction of basic architectures such as data baseboard, model platform, and 3D visualization engine, and creates a mobile irrigation and drainage pump station information platform with multiple functions such as digital twin scene monitoring and early warning, realtime scheduling, and safety management, in order to better serve flood control and drought resistance work.
