Abstract:
To provide background information on disaster risk, hidden dangers of disaster bearing bodies, comprehensive disaster reduction capabilities, and overall risks for Hainan Province, comprehensively carry out data guarantee for the entire chain of natural disaster prevention and emergency management, and provide technical support for the prevention and resolution of natural disaster risks and hidden dangers in Hainan Province. Based on the principles of comprehensive natural disaster risk and comprehensive prevention and control zoning, the comprehensive risk zoning and comprehensive prevention and control zoning are divided using the comprehensive prevention and control index as the method. The comprehensive risk zoning of natural disasters in Hainan Province presents areas with comprehensive risk levels, and the comprehensive prevention and control zoning clarifies the key areas for investment in natural disaster prevention and control, providing information on the causative factors, disaster prone environments, and disaster bearing bodies of single or multiple types of natural disasters. ①The dominant types of natural disasters in Hainan Province are typhoon disasters, floods, and droughts; ②Overall, the comprehensive disaster reduction capacity is mainly moderate to weak, with strong capabilities in the northeast, moderate capabilities in the south and central regions, and weaker capabilities in the south, central, and northern regions; ③The overall comprehensive risk of natural disasters presents a spatial pattern of "high in the northeast and low in the southwest"; ④The comprehensive risk zone is divided into 5 first level zones and 33 second level zones: ⑤The comprehensive prevention and control zone is divided into 5 first level zones and 64 second level zones.
