Abstract:
In response to the problems of insufficient matching between supply and demand water, low drought limit water level, and low water utilization rate in the calculation process of a single drought limit water level, based on the principle of wide shallow damage, a graded and staged design of water demand for different industries during the dry season is carried out according to the minimization of water shortage index and maximization of production efficiency. The method for determining the drought limit water level of reservoirs in different stages is summarized. The results show that using graded and staged drought limited water levels to guide reservoir operation can reduce the degree of water shortage damage during dry years, reduce water shortage, and increase reserved water volume; During consecutive dry years, the scheduling effect of reservoirs with graded and staged drought limited water levels is significantly better than reservoirs without graded and staged drought limited water levels. Graded and staged drought limited water levels can alleviate the degree of water supply damage and meet the requirements of wide and shallow damage during dry years; The setting of graded and staged drought control water levels ensures the safety of water use in various industries during dry years, alleviates the impact of water shortage caused by drought, and provides guidance for drought prevention.
