    Analysis on the resumption of Typhoon "Gaemi" defense in 2024 in the Taihu Lake River Basin/Region

      摘要
    • 摘要: 受2403号台风“格美”影响，2024年7月23—28日太湖流域片东南诸河沿海地区普降大到暴雨，木兰溪、鳌江等河流先后发生超警戒洪水。对台风“格美”强降雨可能导致的风险及应对措施进行复盘分析，总结经验与启示，为后续台风防御工作提供参考。
