Abstract:
Yixing City of Jiangsu Province is prone to rainstorm and flood disasters. Assessing the resilience level of each township (town, street) in Yixing City is of great significance for promoting the construction of a resilient city in Yixing City and improving the personalized and refined response capacity to urban flood disasters. Taking Yicheng Street in Yixing City as the research object, based on multi-source data such as urban construction planning, remote sensing images, meteorology and hydrology, natural geography, and socio-economic factors, a resilience evaluation index system for Yicheng Street in Yixing City was constructed from four dimensions: flood exposure, sensitivity, adaptability and resilience. The evaluation indicators were combined and weighted using the G1 method and entropy weight method, and the resilience of Yicheng Street was evaluated using geographic information system GIS spatial analysis technology. The results show that the overall resilience level of Yicheng Street is in a moderate state, with high resilience areas located on the north bank of Dongtai, medium to high resilience areas located in the central urban area of Yicheng Street, and lower resilience levels in the northwestern suburban areas. The overall resilience level increases from north to south and from west to east. The resilience assessment method proposed in the study, which adopts multi-source data and adapts to local conditions from the perspective of street scale, can scientifically and efficiently evaluate the resilience level of cities under flood disasters. The research results can provide reference for refined flood disaster management and resilient urban planning and construction in urban areas.
