    北京市水利测雨雷达试点建设与应用

    Pilot construction and application of hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar in Beijing City

    • 摘要: 水利测雨雷达是区域面雨量监测的重要技术手段,能够输出分钟级实况降雨数据,实现雷达覆盖区域降雨情况的精细化监测,同时,利用未来3 h精细化降雨预报产品,进一步延长洪水预报预见期,可为流域防洪减灾、水资源管理、水资源保护等工作提供助力。以北京市永定河流域官厅山峡区间3部水利测雨雷达建设为例,系统阐述水利测雨雷达的性能优势、建设必要性、建设环节及其在水旱灾害防御工作中的应用成效,为后续相关单位开展雷达建设工作提供一定技术参考。

       

      Abstract: Hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar is an important technical means for monitoring regional area rainfall monitoring. It can output minute-level live rainfall data and realize fine monitoring of rainfall in radar coverage areas. At the same time, it can further extend the forecast period of flood forecast by using fine rainfall forecast products in the next 3 h, which can provide assistance for flood control and disaster reduction, water resources management and water resources protection in river basins. Taking the construction of 3 hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar in Guanting Gorge of Yongding River Basin in Beijing as an example, systematically expounds the performance advantages, construction necessity, construction links and application effects of hydrologic precipitation-monitoring radar in flood and drought disaster prevention, and provides technical reference for the follow-up related units to carry out radar construction work.
