    苏北平原河网地区河道生态水位确定及保障研究以宿迁宿豫区为例

    Study on the determination and guarantee of ecological water levels in the river network area of the North Plain in Jiangsu Province—Taking Suyu District of Suqian City as an example

    • 摘要: 河道生态水位的确定和保障对于提升城市适应性、改善生态环境、降低建设成本,以及解决水资源问题具有重要意义。以宿迁宿豫区为研究区,参考不同河道的蓄水梯级,选取合适的生态水位控制断面,综合考虑水文、水生生物生长及景观等要素,分别采用不同方法计算河道断面的最低生态水位,比较同一蓄水梯级相关河道的水位计算值,取外包值作为最终基本生态水位,再结合片区河网实际运行调度及蓄水情况,确定目标生态水位,并提出了河道拦蓄水、再生水利用和引流调度等保障措施。研究区内4个蓄水梯级的基本生态水位分别为18.7 m、13.9 m、15.4 m、14.9 m,目标生态水位分别为19.5 m、14.5 m、16.5 m、16.3 m。研究成果为苏北平原河网地区河道生态水位确定和保障提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: The determination and guarantee of ecological water level in rivers are of great significance for enhancing urban adaptability, improving ecological environment, reducing construction costs, and solving water resource problems. Taking Suyu District of Suqian City as an example, with reference to the water storage cascade of different rivers in the study area, suitable ecological water level control sections were selected, and hydrological, aquatic organism growth, and landscape factors were comprehensively considered. Different methods were used to calculate the minimum ecological water level of the river section, and the water level calculation values of the relevant rivers in the same water storage cascade were compared. The outsourced value was taken as the final basic ecological water level. Combined with the actual operation and water storage situation of the river network in the area, the target ecological water level was determined, and safeguard measures such as river damming and storage, reclaimed water utilization, and drainage scheduling were proposed. The basic ecological water levels of the four water storage cascades in the research area are 18.7 m, 13.9 m, 15.4 m and 14.9 m, respectively, and the target ecological water levels are 19.5 m, 14.5 m, 16.5 m and 16.3 m, respectively. The research results provide reference for determining and ensuring the ecological water level of river channels in the northern plain river network area of Jiangsu Province.
