    基于北斗三号短报文的山洪雨水情遥测终端机研究与应用

    Research and application of remote sensing terminal for mountainous floods and rainwater situation based on Beidou-3 short message

    • 摘要: 我国山洪灾害多发,在强降雨导致断电、断路、断网等情况下,经常会面临“山洪灾害监测信息报不上来、预警信息传不下去”的问题,北斗短报文成为极端条件下山洪灾害监测预警的通信保障。针对北斗二号短报文应用中存在的漏报迟报、功耗过高、易受干扰等问题,设计研发了基于北斗三号短报文的山洪雨水情遥测终端机,实现山洪自动监测站多要素采集、多信道通信、接入可扩展等特色功能,并进行了环境稳定性和暴雨条件的实验验证。结果表明,新研发的山洪雨水情遥测终端机在野外复杂环境具有较好的采集准确率和上报成功率,在特大暴雨中有较高的通信保障能力。
