    安徽合肥市南淝河防洪标准提高方案研究

    Study on flood control standard improvement scheme of Nanfei River in Hefei City of Anhui Province

    • 摘要: 南淝河是安徽合肥市主城区的重要河道,也是防洪压力最大的河道之一。为实现远期合肥市中心城区200年一遇防洪标准,在南淝河现状“上拦、中固、下排、边分”的防洪体系基础上,分析研究了上游蔡塘、张桥两水库错峰蓄洪的优化调度方案,通过控制区间支流来水削减干流洪水、降低洪水位,为合肥市城市总体防洪标准提高提供了设计思路。

       

      Abstract: Nanfei River is an important river in the main urban area of Hefei City of Anhui Province which is one of the rivers with high pressure of flood protection. In order to improve the standard for flood control of the central urban area of Hefei with a recurrence interval of 200 years in the long term, based on the current flood control systems with blocking in the upper, strengthening in the middle, discharging in the lower, and diversion in the edge, this paper analyzed and studied the optimal operation scheme of Caitang and Zhangqiao Reservoirs to control the tributary inflow by flood peakshifting regulation. The results showed that it’s an effective scheme to reduce the flood peak and the water level in the mainstream, and this paper also provided a design idea for improving the flood control standard of Hefei City.
