    Evaluation of waterlogging control ability in Guangzhou City

    • 摘要: 近年来,受气候变化及城市化发展影响,广州市极端降水事件频发,对城市发展造成严重影响。在收集典型历史内涝统计资料的基础上,分析广州市内涝成因,判定风险等级。通过系统分析源头海绵、雨水管渠、调蓄水体、河道及排涝泵站等设施有效应对降雨的能力,找出内涝防治系统存在的短板;采用局部积水点防治能力、整体内涝防治能力两种方法,结合水帐计算,分析各行政区整体内涝防治能力,对广州市11个行政区的内涝防治系统进行评估,得出各排涝区和积水点内涝防治能力结论。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, due to the impact of climate change and urbanization, extreme precipitation events have occurred frequently in Guangzhou City, causing serious impact on urban development. Based on the statistical data of typical historical waterlogging, the causes of waterlogging in Guangzhou are analyzed and the risk rating level is determined. Through the systematic analysis of the capacity of sponge at the source, rainwater pipes and canals, water body regulation and storage, river channels, drainage pumping stations and other facilities to effectively cope with rainfall, the shortcomings of the waterlogging prevention system are identified; Using two methods of local ponding and overall waterlogging prevention and control capacities, combined with water account calculation, the overall waterlogging control capacity of each administrative region was analyzed, the waterlogging control system of 11 administrative regions in Guangzhou was evaluated, and the waterlogging control capacity of each drainage area and waterlogging point was concluded.
