Abstract:
In recent years, due to the impact of climate change and urbanization, extreme precipitation events have occurred frequently in Guangzhou City, causing serious impact on urban development. Based on the statistical data of typical historical waterlogging, the causes of waterlogging in Guangzhou are analyzed and the risk rating level is determined. Through the systematic analysis of the capacity of sponge at the source, rainwater pipes and canals, water body regulation and storage, river channels, drainage pumping stations and other facilities to effectively cope with rainfall, the shortcomings of the waterlogging prevention system are identified; Using two methods of local ponding and overall waterlogging prevention and control capacities, combined with water account calculation, the overall waterlogging control capacity of each administrative region was analyzed, the waterlogging control system of 11 administrative regions in Guangzhou was evaluated, and the waterlogging control capacity of each drainage area and waterlogging point was concluded.
