    基于排涝数字模型的城市防汛物资配备及应急预案研究

    Research on urban flood materials allocation and emergency plan based on flood drainage digital model

    • 摘要: 为研究应对城市内涝灾害,确定防汛物资储备标准及制定应急预案,通过建立雨水内涝动力学模型,分析得到重点区域淹没范围、淹没深度、积水量,并根据相关数据配备相应的防汛物资、制定受灾区域人员撤退方案,以期减少城市内涝造成的社会经济损失。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the response to urban waterlogging disaster, determine the flood material preparedness standard and formulate emergency plans, the inundation range and depth and water volume of key areas are obtained by establishing the rainwater waterlogging dynamic model and analyzing the results of the rainwater waterlogging model. According to the above data, appropriate flood materials and evacuation plans for people in affected areas should be provided to scientifically reduce the losses caused by extreme natural disasters.
