    2021年宁夏夏季高温干旱特征及其影响

    Characteristics and impacts of high temperature and drought in summer in Ningxia in 2021

    • 摘要: 为厘清2021年夏季宁夏持续高温干旱的特点和影响,利用2021年6月1日至8月31日宁夏24个气象站逐日气温和降水资料,对高温干旱的气候特征及其对农业、生态和城市用水用电等影响作了初步分析,结果表明:2021年夏季(6—8月),宁夏气温异常偏高,高温天气日数多、范围大;无降水日数异常偏多、降水量持续异常偏少;降水持续异常偏少加上气温持续偏高是造成2021年夏季宁夏遭受严重干旱危害的重要原因。6月中旬开始气象干旱逐步加重,至8月15日全区大部地区气象干旱达重度到特重度等级。针对高温干旱提出补短板、强基础、提升抗旱减灾综合能力建议,为开展干旱预测、监测、预警和防御提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to clarify the characteristics and impacts of persistent high temperature and drought in Summer in Ningxia in 2021, the climatic characteristics of high temperature and drought and its impacts on agriculture, ecology and urban water and electricity consumption were analyzed based on daily temperature and precipitation data of 24 meteorological stations from June 1 to August 31, 2021. The results showed that: In the summer of 2021 (June to August), the temperature in Ningxia was abnormally high, with a large number of high temperature days and a wide range; The number of days without precipitation is abnormally high, and the precipitation continues to be abnormally low; The continuous abnormal low precipitation and high temperature are the important reasons for Ningxia to suffer from severe drought in the summer of 2021. The meteorological drought began to increase gradually in the middle of June, and by August 15, the meteorological drought in most areas of the region reached the severe to extremely severe level. In view of the high temperature and drought, the paper puts forward suggestions to make up for weaknesses, strengthen the foundation and improve the comprehensive ability of drought resistance and disaster reduction, providing reference for drought prediction, monitoring, early warning and prevention.
