    下凹式桥积水警示标识系统设计

    Design of waterlogging warning sign system for sunken bridges

    • 摘要: 近年暴雨频发,城市内涝加剧,北京城市下凹式桥积水情况较为常见,对人民生命财产构成严重威胁。为指导司乘人员现场判断险情及时避险,从下凹式桥积水深度对司乘人员的危害程度出发,围绕指路标牌、水位警示标牌、路面标线的分级布置等标识设计了下凹式桥积水警示标识系统。依据下凹式桥积水水位对车辆和人员的危害程度,将风险等级划分为4级,依次用红、橙、黄、蓝4种颜色表示风险等级,分级布置在下凹式桥前、路边和路面。本警示标识系统包含所处位置的水深数据和危险等级,有利于司乘人员就地观察到积水深度的具体数据和对应风险及时避险,减少汛期下凹式桥积水事故发生。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, rainstorms have occurred frequently, urban waterlogging has intensified, and waterlogging of sunken bridge in Beijing is common, which poses a serious threat to people's lives and property. In order to guide the drivers and passengers to judge the dangerous situation on site and avoid the danger in time, based on the hazard degree of the water depth of the sunken bridges to the drivers and passengers, this paper designs a set of waterlogging warning sign system of the sunken bridges around the signs such as road guidance signs, water level warning signs and hierarchical layout of pavement markings. According to the hazard degree of water level of sunken bridges to vehicles and personnel, the risk level is divided into four levels, which are represented by red, orange, yellow and blue in turn, which are arranged in front, roadsides and road surfaces of sunken bridges. The warning sign system includes the water depth data and risk level of the position, which is conducive to the driver and passengers to observe the specific data of waterlogging depth and corresponding risks on site, avoid risks in time, and reduce the accident of sunken bridges during flood season.
