    2020年典型山洪灾害事件调研与思考

    Investigation and thoughts on typical flash flood disasters in 2020

      摘要
    • 摘要: 通过对2020年贵州正安县“6.12”、四川冕宁县“6.26”、陕西洛南县“8.6”3起典型山洪灾害进行分析，剖析了山洪灾害成因，探讨了目前山洪灾害防御中存在的薄弱环节，以期为今后山洪灾害防御工作提供警示和参考借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analyses of three typical flash flood disasters in 2020, namely, "June 12" in Zheng'an County, Guizhou Province, "June 26" in Mianning County, Sichuan Province, and "August 6" in Luonan County, Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the causes of flash flood disasters, and preliminarily discusses the weak links in the current flash flood disasters prevention, so as to provide warning and reference for the future flash flood disasters prevention work.
