Abstract:
Based on the national flood risk map compilation project, a general standardized flood impact analysis and damage assessment system has been developed, which breaks through the existing decentralized and closed development model of similar systems. The system has significant functional characteristics in data management, model algorithm, parameter setting and interface design. It can quickly and scientifically assess the impacted population and assets damage within the flooded area. After summarizing the technical and application problems, the improvement direction of the system is proposed.
