    洪水影响分析与损失评估系统的开发和思考

    Development and reflection of flood impact analysis and damage assessment system

    • 摘要: 以全国洪水风险图编制项目为依托,突破已有同类系统分散封闭的开发模式,研建了通用的标准化的洪水影响分析与损失评估系统。该系统在数据管理、模型算法、参数设置及接口设计等方面都具备显著的功能特点,能够对洪水淹没范围内人口和资产的受影响程度及损失情况进行快速科学地评估。总结分析了系统推广中存在的技术和应用问题后,提出下一步继续提高完善的方向。

       

      Abstract: Based on the national flood risk map compilation project, a general standardized flood impact analysis and damage assessment system has been developed, which breaks through the existing decentralized and closed development model of similar systems. The system has significant functional characteristics in data management, model algorithm, parameter setting and interface design. It can quickly and scientifically assess the impacted population and assets damage within the flooded area. After summarizing the technical and application problems, the improvement direction of the system is proposed.
