四川广汉市“2018.7.11”暴雨水利设施易损性分析

Vulnerability analysis of water conservancy facilities during “2018.7.11” rainstorm in Guanghan City, Sichuan Province

摘要: 通过对四川广汉市"2018.7.11"暴雨洪灾所造成损毁、损失类型的调查，对其特点进行认真分析总结，基于模糊元，建立了广汉市水利设施易损性矩阵，通过易损性矩阵与实际调查结果对比，总结出广汉市水利设施易损性特点，在大量调查数据的基础上，比较符合基于模糊元建立的易损性矩阵。

Abstract: Based on the investigation of the damage and loss types caused by the "2018.7.11" rainstorm and flood, this paper analyzes and summarizes its characteristics. Based on the fuzzy element, the vulnerability matrix of water conservancy facilities in Guanghan City is established. By comparing the vulnerability matrix with the actual survey results, the vulnerability characteristics of water conservancy facilities in Guanghan City are summarized.
