    太湖流域河网地区防汛特征水位合理性分析与建议

    Rationality analysis and suggestions for flood control characteristic level in river network of Taihu Basin

    • 摘要: 防汛特征水位是反映河湖防汛形势的重要指标,也是防汛指挥和抗洪抢险的重要依据。基于太湖流域河网地区特点,从与同一区域临近站点防汛特征水位协调性、区域汛情的协调性两个方面分析了平原河网地区代表站防汛特征水位的合理性,并提出调整建议,以期为平原河网地区防汛特征水位调整提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The Flood Control Characteristic Level is an important indicator to reflect flood control situation of rivers and lakes, which offers crucial evidences for flood management and emergency rescue activities. Based on the characteristics of Taihu Basin river network area,this paper analyzes the rationality of flood control characteristic water level of representative stations in plain river network area from two aspects:the coordination of flood control characteristic water level for adjacent stations in the same area and the coordination of regional flood situation. Based on the results, this paper proposes adjustment suggestions, which can provide important reference for flood control characteristic water level adjustment in plain river network area.
