    Jarratt迭代法在P-Ⅲ型分位数求解中的应用

    Application of Jarratt iterative method in solving Pearson type Ⅲ quantile

    • 摘要: 将Jarratt迭代法用于P-Ⅲ型分布函数分位数的求解,并对该方法迭代求解的准确性、误差、计算效率、求解有效性等方面进行讨论。利用C++语言编制程序,验证了Jarratt迭代算法的有效性,并用实例证实其具有求解有效性高的特点。最后将Jarratt迭代法与二分法进行耦合,解决迭代不收敛的问题。Jarratt迭代法在水文统计中的应用,提高水文分析、预报的能力,更好地为防汛抗旱工作服务。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the Jarratt iteration method was applied to solve the distribution function of P-Ⅲ, and the accuracy, error, computation efficiency and validity of the solution were discussed. The program was compiled with the C++ language; what' s more, it was proved with an example that it had high efficiency. Finally, the Jarratt iterative method was coupled with the dichotomy to solve the problem of iterative non-convergence. Jarratt iterative method can be applied into hydrological statistics in order to improve the ability of hydrologic analysis and forecast. Additionally, it can be used for better flood management and drought relief work.
