    吉林省中西部旱情应急监测系统工程建设与运行

    Developing and operation of drought emergency monitoring system in central and western of Jilin Province

    • 摘要: 吉林省是全国易旱省份之一,中西部地区素有“十年九旱”之说。多年来,吉林省的墒情监测一直以人工监测方式为主,严重影响着抗旱工作的顺利进行。2016年,吉林省中西部旱情应急监测系统的建设与运行,为土壤墒情监测自动化的实现奠定了坚实基础。对该工程的建设与运行进行了技术总结,提出了实现墒情监测自动化必须具备的11个条件,以期对全国土壤墒情监测自动化的早日实现起到有力的推动。

       

      Abstract: Known as "9 out of 10 years are drought years", Jilin Province is one of the drought-prone provinces in central and western of China. In the past, drought monitoring has been carried out by manual monitoring, which has a severe impact on the progress of drought relief work. The construction and operation of the drought emergency monitoring system in the Midwest of Jilin have laid a solid foundation for the realization of soil moisture monitoring automation. In this paper, the key technology of the project construction and operation are summarised, 11 new ideas for soil moisture monitoring automation are proposed. The drought emergency monitoring system will play an important role at promoting national soil moisture automation monitoring.
